I went there to go get my Nexplanon removed and I had the friendliest staff members they were really nice and I did have quite a wait but in the end it really didn’t affect me as much because the person that I had the nurse practitioner Jennifer was amazing really sweet really talkative she assured me through every step of the process and she was very sweet loved her very much thank you so much Jen!!
Wait in line like everyone one else, was actually one of the first ones in there. Just for them to tell me I’m on a waiting list because I was a “walk-in”, everyone in there was a walk in!! But they got to go before me. Waist of time.
