I went there for PHP and it was the best month of my life. The therapists are extremely understanding and the overall care team is incredible. The only issue I had was at the end of my treatment when I was trying to do their IOP. The times wouldn't work for me and they didn't offer virtual. Other than the IOP issue I had a great experience there and highly recommend to anyone experiencing mental health challenges.
Found out about Sandstone through my PA at DWA. It seems like these people are here to collect a paycheck and get commission that’s why there SO PUSHY. I called and they told me at first they don’t accept my insurance plan. I finally called back and had multiple intake coordinators calling me everyday to push me to treatment. I told them that I’m not sure it was a good idea since I have a busy schedule and they were still like you need it anyways. Sandstone truly saved my life this year. They have a such an amazing positive community built here. I was able to get so much help and support here that it has changed my life. They have wonderful nature sites where we do yoga or meditation. We have group therapy, individual therapy and once a week family group therapy. They also provide help getting medication if needed. I highly recommend sandstone care, specifically this location. Every single staff member is fully invested in the personal growth of each client. The process of enrolling is so easy, I was met with much care and compassion. They take care of insurance issues and communicate openly about treatment plans. A highlight for me is that they emphasize family involvement and provide family therapy, if that is in your best interest. Overall this place has helped me grow and has done so in a dignified way.
