Ordered a mattress about a month ago still hasn't arrived. I called on a Thursday and they tell me it arrived on the Monday truck but haven't got around to letting me know it arrived. So I waited and month and then when it comes in no one calls?
Great service from Joshua and very helpful showroom
Joshua Cooper was the person who helped us as we were mattress shopping. He answered all our questions, didn’t try to push or influence our decision as to the choice of mattress. He also is accommodating the delivery date ,since we will be out of town. When we went back a week later to purchase he explained all the details, went over every item on the receipt and explained the return process if needed. Joshua was very thorough, and we are looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress and pillows. Thank you, Joshua
