Pulled a bait and switch - after I called and asked for a quote based on our credit score, income, debt load, etc I was quoted 4.25. When we submitted our application - every detail was the same yet somehow our quote was at 4.625 (2 days after the phone call). The broker assured us that was what banks were offering right now, yet everyone else I went to came in at 4.125, 4.25 and 4.375 on their applications matching what they had told me over the phone.
