The lab tech at this office was so incredibly rude and off putting. Her instructions were curt and more like demands. She kept looking at me nasty and speaking in an annoyed tone because I wanted to decline certain blood tests that had been ordered at a previous visit. As an X-Ray tech and Lab tech myself, healthcare workers should ALWAYS be promoting autonomy. They charge you more at your yearly physical for health related issues that come up during your visit. Doctors are great, but as usual the billing system sucks. NEVER pre-pay for labs here as well. Make sure to double check your EOB on lab work.
My provider left the practice and I was given two days notice. I came down with COVID and got little to no help despite my multiple call to say I was concerned about my respiratory condition, I finally had to call dispatch health who diagnosed me with pneumonia and started me on two antibiotics and steroids. Even after Dispatch Health contacted the office with the information about my condition, I have never received a call from my PCP office.
