I was charged full-price out of pocket for my MRI in September. They then charged my insurance company who also paid for the services. When I realized I was owed have been calling for months and still not gotten my money. Everyone is rude and get nothing but the run around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

have been to this office on a couple of injurys2008-2010 and they have been nothing but nice, and recently had surgery and need to locate my records and 5 minute phone call and sephanie was able to answer my questions. and can remember the technician back in 2008 doing everything in his power to make me as comfortible as possible.

rude,and worst office manger – She is the worst, she called me to come for my MRI at 2:00PM. I show up at 1:20pm, to find out she did not schedual my 2:00 PM in the system. No sorry , nothing from her side. what a rude , ugly manger. i called my Doctor and ask them to take my MRI to anther clinic.. this is the worst medical front desk manger i ever seen. please avoid them.

I'm currently very upset with them. I scheduled an appointment with them in September and then, cancelled after I learned of the cost. They called me back and said that my insurance would cover all of the cost other than a $40 co-pay. So, I scheduled another appointment. I then, called my insurance company ( United Health Care) who informed me that that they would NOT cover the costs. I called Denver Integrated Imaging back and cancelled for a second time. Very Rude People – This place is terrible. They treat you like you should be thankful they are seeing you. They also call you at work to harass you. My insurance was not sure if it was work related or work comp. so they had not paid it yet. In only 28 days some guy was calling and saying, I better pay or he would keep calling. We are not allowed calls at work and I told him, he said to bad. He is breaking the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I would never go there again and will warn everyone I know to stay away.

Bad Front desk – My mom has gone to this place twice. The first time she was treated horribly by the front desk, they were more concnerned about where she parked than to the reason she was there. The second time, they called her on a Saturday to make an appointment. She went in and they told her she didn't have one and treated her so poorly that she left. When you go in for an MRI, there's a reason so she is less than one step closer in getting help because this business is so poorly operated. Go somewhere else, not here.
