Dr. Erin has been heaven sent for my daughter. I’m truly grateful for this place. I have been living in Colorado for almost 10 years and I have never had any issues with the care and experiences. I have had there and still do. I’m super grateful for this clinic as I’m far away from My reservation, so it feels great to have a place that cares about natural medicines and to see the representation of our people being cared for is huge for my children who were born off the reservation.

Trying to sign up for hospice, One of the referrals got lost or they could not find my information. Trying to express my frustration with their system and administrative Redundancies and how bad it is, They called the cops on me for a welfare check. WOW! I gotta put up with your inconsistent referrals, just like Denver health, I can’t say how frustrated I am with how sick I am and now I got the cops calling me! This whole entire healthcare system is a joke, I can’t even be frustrated with the lack of support or lack of car... read more

I too had a decent initial visit here, but unfortunately it's been abysmal ever since. Providers are apathetic and clueless, much more likely to throw an unnecessary medication at you than actually find out what's wrong, or work with you to manage conditions with nutrition and exercise. After seeing me ONCE, their nurse practitioner prescribed an antidepressant based on nothing more than my honest answers on their depression screening, with no follow-up or monitoring of how this medication would affect me. After feeling sui... read more

My mom had a phone call regarding staff, lost x-rays from referrals and delayed referrals. Also it's a violation of patients rights not to speak or leave a message with your provider. But when she called, the front desk is doing it still. They also cannot refuse to refill vital medications because you can't make it in. That's making medical decisions and refusing care that she's not qualified to make. You're better off finding someplace else. No excuse for rudeness and no empathy or respect for the elders.
