Ken's wife, Taryn, was wonderful with administration. Ken came early and saved us a lot of heartache - we were wise to get a second opinion after hearing we were 2 lbs short on freon and needed a repair for running at 16 amps - Ken came in and pointed out that we weren't low on freon at all and that of course our unit was going to run a bit higher since it's sitting in full sun. Ken did a great job. A/C is running much better and cooler just like Ken said it would. He showed up the same day I called. I had called another company before Ken, but they pushed me off by two weeks and then pushed me another two weeks.
Ken's Mechanical beat out everyone else's bid, performed the work quickly, were very courteous, and shared useful knowledge. I was lucky to have them install my new exterior a/c compressor unit and upgrade my system to R410-A freon. My house cools better than it ever has!
I thought that your servicemen were very professional and informative about the condition of my airconditioner and vents.
Went above and beyond what I expected for the visit. Very thorough and business like.
Overall Ken's Mechanical had reasonable prices and were very prompt and had clear communication. My wife was home when he performed the service on our furnace and she felt comfortable with him in the house. Ken was efficient and clear about the process.
They were very prompt, professional and gave great advice - more economical solutions than others had given,
prompt, courteous; explained well what was going on with the furnace and how that problem was causing the symptoms, and what I may want to do in the future.
