So thankful for everything you guys do
I've had three appointments at the family planning clinic at Webb. The first was fine. The second and third were abysmal. The second appointment was for a follow up shot. Should have been a 5 minute ordeal, doesn't even need a dr. I waited over an hour just to get in and didn't get out until 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time and ended up being late for an important work meeting. Words cannot express how wonderful of a Doctor Katherine Rosen is. She was so kind, she listened, and helped with every issue I brought up. Her smile never left her face, and she made me feel very welcomed and relaxed. She is how every Doctor should be, and what every patient wants in a doctor!!
