These people do not care about patients or the health of the patients referred to them. they forget about patients, forget to put in recommendations and referrals then tell patients that the person is no longer there when that's a flat out lie. Worst medical facilities in America are denver health, hhs should be investigating
Worst doctors I ever dealt with!!!! Made my situation much worse physically and then ignored me. They told me to wait 6 months before returning. I later found out that they should have started recovery asap by someone who worked there. I went up the chain and was completely ignored! Top Doc questioned me due to the fact I had brain surgery in my past. What? As I complained more, they refused to see me again!!! I am still living with the damage they caused. I've been waiting over THREE MONTHS to get a callback for my appointment. Have called and escalated this and still can't get a call back. Absolutely ridiculous
Absolute garbage service. Lost waiting list I've ever heard. Rude desk workers. Said I could be seen if within the hour. They did NOT honor that! Strongly suggest trying else ware
I went for a vasectomy roughly 3 months ago and the experience since has just been trash. Nobody answers the phone, the staff is impersonal and rather disconnected and the way this branch if the hospital conducts itself is frankly unacceptable. I'd reccomend trying your best to find care elsewhere, they aren't worth the hassle.
