I am looking for a clinic where I can become a patient and receive care with confidence. However, it is shocking to read the reviews—they are all negative regarding this clinic. It scares me to even go near the place; they ought to shut it down. I wouldn't go there even if I were dying. Every single comment is negative.
Dr.Oppenheimer gets 5 stars! Excellent bed side manner and professionalism. Desk staff were also great. The biopsy experience was shockingly bad. The doctor that performed the biopsy did not prepare me for the pain involved & did not administer appropriate numbing medicine. Colonoscopies are nothing in comparison. Surely in this day & age more can be done to improve this procedure (anesthesia).
These people do not care about patients or the health of the patients referred to them. they forget about patients, forget to put in recommendations and referrals then tell patients that the person is no longer there when that's a flat out lie. Worst medical facilities in America are denver health, hhs should be investigating
Worst doctors I ever dealt with!!!! Made my situation much worse physically and then ignored me. They told me to wait 6 months before returning. I later found out that they should have started recovery asap by someone who worked there. I went up the chain and was completely ignored! Top Doc questioned me due to the fact I had brain surgery in my past. What? As I complained more, they refused to see me again!!! I am still living with the damage they caused. I've been waiting over THREE MONTHS to get a callback for my appointment. Have called and escalated this and still can't get a call back. Absolutely ridiculous
