I went for a vasectomy roughly 3 months ago and the experience since has just been trash. Nobody answers the phone, the staff is impersonal and rather disconnected and the way this branch if the hospital conducts itself is frankly unacceptable. I'd reccomend trying your best to find care elsewhere, they aren't worth the hassle.
I've had horrible experiences with Denver Health Urology clinic, I could tell you horror stories about them changing operations less than an hour prior to the operation based on the doctor's statement that he couldn't understand the notes left by the previous surgeon and that they seem to be very few. This was my second surgery in a 5-day time span and I opted to not complete the surgery based on lack of confidence in the entire process. This place is a joke. My husband had an appointment today after being on the wait-list for 2 years! About 15 minutes before his appointment, they called him to tell him they couldn't see him because he needed to get a prescription that they never prescribed him and he was never even notified about. Then the lady told him he would be put at the bottom of the wait list again and actually told my husband it wasn't there fault.
