Gonna pepper some facts/opinions since I'm not sure good at writing reviews but feel it is necessary for this place. * Parking is a nightmare. It is in an alleyway with single-vehicle traffic, with a blind turn into a steep underground parking garage. Every visit I have to play chicken with someone leaving. * Staff is surprisingly wonderful given the circumstances they have to work with. I rarely see a doctor but switched my PCP to Dr. Ramaswami a few years ago and she is a great physician. She really listens and provides helpful feedback, never makes you feel like she’s in a hurry. She also took the time to write me up a very detailed review of my last lab work which I appreciated so much. Highly recommend her, and all the staff at the Sloans Lake clinic are superb - security, front desk, RNs, MAs, lab techs, PsyDs all deserve a shout out for being patient and kind and rolling with the punches.
