Rude office staff. Not surprised they messed up my husband's procedure and had to reschedule a week ago. The two women at the front desk were extremely rude and confrontational with me. They had a large cart with a bunch of food taking up the entire waiting room. There was no room to sit. When I asked about it they said that I was the problem since I walked in. Good luck getting an appointment for a scan even with an urgent referral from your doctor. You'll have to wait at least 2 months while dealing with an incredibly nasty staff! There is also no possibility to get on a wait list due to cancellations because no wait list exists.
