Wish I could give 0 stars. 5 months after an ambulance ride I get a call that an outstanding bill is about to go to collections for failure to pay, something I had no awareness of. I call and was informed they had been sending mail but when I checked the address it was one I had never heard did and wasn’t local. They should have had the correct address from numerous records but don’t somehow. And instead of trying to contact me in another way sat on it until they threatened collections. $1600+ ambulance bill for a 10 minute ride. They won't tell you they don't take insurance. I should have driven myself.
How many hours after telling you you're ok do they make you wait with IVs in? It's been over an hour and there bleeding....
Back on June 10, 2025 my sister and I were in wreck. The paramedic who came discouraged us from going to hospital. We insisted on ambulance, they treated us terrible. Made me crawl in side door with no help. Also made my niece drag her mom on. We were injured and I had hospital stay. I am so disappointed in way they treated us
This a really bad company. They know that one has no option when calling 911. They don’t care how you rate their service. My daughter had a couple of seizures and we needed them. The last time there was an issue with the insurance and I asked for financial help. They did not even had the decency to answer my letter but instead sent a “last reminder letter”!!!
