My experience with this paramedic service was extremely disappointing. The level of customer service was poor, communication was unclear, and I felt that my concerns were completely ignored. This is not an ambulance company it's a corrupt system of drivers who like to treat peope like shit for needing help in the middle of the night. There has been only 2 times in all the probably 30 times since last July I called when they treated me like a human being. When I am scared I sometimes get mad when someone tells me I am breathing fine if I am talking. Last night they wanted me to walk home in the middle of the night when I needed help. The paramedics were great, but unfortunately, my review is very similar to everyone else’s on here. Kind of outrageous to charge $1500 for a 2 mile drive but obviously we all know ambulances are expensive. It’s not great that absolutely none of it is covered by insurance, which you don’t know until you get a letter in the mail a month later and there is no email address provided or options to do a payment plan. The response was really slow, and the staff didn’t seem very professional. I wouldn’t suggest using their service.
