Horrible at care and respose time when dealing with patients who have different disabilities they don't have what it takes to do the best care for us what if someone has a heart attack due to the poor response times
I feel bad because my experience with the paramedics who escorted me to the hospital were great. They were all very professional. December 30th 2024, I paid a copay at the hospital and was informed my insurance should be taking care of everything else and I should get a bill for ambulance. I received the bill for the ambulance two months after my hospital visit (I'm guessing so the coverage would not be for 2024 but for 2025. Thanks Kaiser.) My husband, unknown to us was experiencing a severe emergency case of keto acidosis and I had 5 paramedics in my house yelling at him to get up. You guys need to treat people like humans... and also be prepared for an incognizant 270 lb man that you need to assist and carry out of their home. You guys dropped him at least 3 times because you had NO idea how to carry him....
