Avoid this clinic at all costs. I would give it less than 1 star if I could. Was told at the time of my appointment that they accepted my eye insurance after I asked them to look it up, turns out they only bill health insurance at an EYE clinic. But they do not inform you of that. I was also billed a hefty "physician fee" for a simple eye exam which I am now trying to dispute. What should have been a $10 exam is now a $400 headache. Disgusting practice. Avoid.
Waited 8 months for a specific optometrist and then had to see a different doc which no one informed me about until he walked through the door. Told prior to the appt they took my insurance (Eyemed) but they don’t. They don’t do contact lenses. What kind of eye clinic doesn’t do contact lens exams? And then denver health charged a facility fee. Would definitely avoid this place.
They have normalized negligence.
