I came to urgent care seeking help for an MS flare up. I am still, two days later, in a huge amount of pain. My PCP hasn't reached out. Neuro hasn't reached out. I had to jump through hoops to get the urgent care doctor to call me back, and it turns out that she just didn't want to treat me. Your entire organization has left me in pain for months on end. My blood pressure is insanely high because of the amount of pain I'm in. Leaving me without treatment is cruel and it could very well be deadly.
Nice new clean and fast urgent care.
Providers were very kind and empathetic. I felt like they really cared. And grabbing prescriptions just across the driveway was very convenient.
