I love DG&F. I attend three of their classes weekly and have a personal trainer (Rob, the best!) Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for less of a corporate, and more of a community, place to work out. Love the staff. Love the location. Gym is clean, and never too packed.
I really like this gym and training with Rob in particular. Bench Press used to give me anxiety, but now it’s my favorite exercise. When I started training with Rob two months ago, I could do 135 lbs for 3 reps, but today—I did 165 lbs for 7 reps. I’ve also made lots of progress on other exercises too
One of my favorite gyms in Denver! Always so friendly when I walk through the door! Highly recommend this gym.
Excellent gym with a good selection of machines, free weights, and just space to stretch. The gym is clean with friendly staff. I’ve been coming about 5 months and using Rob for my personal trainer. He has helped me push through self confidence issues and set different lifting programs for me as I’ve gotten stronger. Recently we’ve switched things up to harder lifts so I can focus on my own goals. If you’re considering the gym or having a personal trainer, I’d definitely recommend DG&F and Rob.
Its an okay gym but they are super greedy. Its a huge upfront cost and expensive monthly fees and worst of all they will not let you cancel without charging you for an additional month. I dont want another month. Thats why Im canceling. I will delete this if they decide to not charge me for an extra month. It's completely unreasonable especially with the massive enrollment fee upfront. They're just squeezing people for every dollar.
