My husband and I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ambler, and unfortunately, it was one of the most unprofessional medical interactions we have ever experienced—particularly disheartening given the vulnerable nature of fertility care. I love Dr. Ambler and her whole team - from the receptionists, the clinical staff, the nurses, the insurance and billing department, at both locations. I have had nothing but positive and effective experiences, both clinically and personally. I trust Dr. Ambler and her team and I am happy to continue my care here for over 3 years now.
Untrained staff would frequently ask what i was there for, and if I said it was for a blood draw they would commonly ask me what specific blood tests I need. I'm not a medical professional, and since they were in charge of my care, that's not reassuring. There were so many problems with this clinic, from billing errors, rude staff, etc i can't name them all. The big one was when i was told I was going to miscarry at 6 weeks. I do not recommend this place...if you want to waste your time and money go to Denver Fertility Care....the last appointment was on 06/08/24 they charged me for things that were not done and my refund has not arrived yet.....not recommended. I spent 2 years fighting and never got an answer...I wasted my money and time..The nursing service is lost...I am sad, upset, frustrated and angry about this whole ordeal.
