I've been seeing the fabulous Dr. Keller for over 5 years now and I agree with Jim F.'s comment below. I've been extremely tolerant of the way in which the front desk staff speaks to and treats me. Today's phone call with one of them was the last straw and I'm sadly considering leaving this practice.
