Nice service. Friendly doctor and staff They adjusted and cleaned my old glasses too.
Paid $413 for my lenses. It took almost 3 weeks to receive them. When I received them I noticed that the film on the lenses for the transitions was messed up and didn't cover the entire lense. When I returned them I was told they would fix the issue and it would be "expedited" and should only take 1 week. It's been 12 days now and they haven't even received them back from the lab yet. I had a bad experience here. Staff showed a lack basic professionalism, empathy and character. The optometrist, Chet, can't be bothered to have a simple conversation outside of a paid appointment. I was given false information about a follow up I requested over the phone. I was told that I could come in for a quick follow up less than 24 hours after an appointment (without having to pay for a separate exam) because I wanted to request a change / have a conversation with Chet.
