I worked with Ben briefly. At first, he seemed okay, so I told him about the roach infestation in my Franklin Park apartment. Then, maintenance botched a job trying to fix the problem, and when I called Ben crying, he hung up on me. He denied it, even though I had a text message. I called 12-23 to report that there is no heat at 48th st women's shelter and it's 15 below 0 outside. I waited on hold for 10 minutes listening to music. A women's voice came on and said if your not going to speak I'm going to hang up. If I was paying rent it would be illegal to not give me heat.
