The billing department is an absolute joke. Went in for a procedure where they were the anesthesiologist, there was a billing error where the wrong code was input. For this one procedure, three different organizations billed me. Two of the three billed incorrectly. The first one that billed incorrectly fixed the error after a phone call then an in person discussion where they finally realized they were wrong. They treat you with upmost respect. And are very nice. Felt comfortable there.
(SEEN IN 2019) Dr. Miller is pretty good until he gets judgmental. At first he helped me find a world-class surgeon for my gall bladder removal (quite the surprise as I was on Medicaid) and at first the staff was kind and supportive, and he did his job reasonably thoroughly. And when I kept having symptoms post op, he decided I was socially-anorexic (I was symptom avoidant anorexic and felt if a doctor didn't know what it was, it must be rare or weird so I was VERY cautious about exacerbating symptoms).
