I’m so glad I can find Dr Matt Lucas & his PA Robin over in Denver Diagnostic! Dr Lucas and Robin administer PRP treatments and they are such a great team in patient care and this treatment works! My knees have benefited 4 years of being able to move without pain! I’m so relieved that this pair is around to care for my knees again. Thank you so much for looking after me. This was originally a 5 star review. Have been seeing Doc Lucas for a while he has been great with med management. I found out I was pregnant and made an appt with him and told him right away, after that things went downhill i felt judgement from the entire staff here. Also all my prescriptions were sent to completely wrong pharmacies causing me stress. (My OB wants me to keep taking them as the benefits outway the risks). Terrible customer service, terrible staff, terrible doctor’s bedside manner. Negative stars given!!!!!! Denver Diagnostic Pain seems to only care about money. I have tried to make an appointment for months now and left several messages. They never answer the phone, they never follow up. This office charged over $1000 just to be seen for pain meds, and refused to take insurance on an open case with an attorney, even though we were trying to close the case. Have been seeing Doc Lucas for a while, fantastic experience here. Front desk staff is amazing and always are in a great mood and friendly & super helpful! Doc Lucas has been helping me with a shoulder surgery recovery and med management as well as a new ankle injury. He is very patient, understanding & knowledgeable -everything I need in my doc! Great experience here, one of the best practice staffs!
