I had new significant symptoms come up so I called the office to get an appointment with Dr. Lucas who has been treating my pain related to 2 bulging discs in my lower spine. At this point I have already paid around $2500 for treatment here so far. They gave me a phone call appointment with him that day. When he calls me he says he can't do anything unless I'm seen in person. He sounds upset that we are talking on the phone when it is his office that set it up and he was the one to call me.
