Wow has this place changed. I used to see Dr. Simodynes and he's great. I made an appointment for a skin check. It had been 2 years since my last one. When I arrived at the office I was told that I had to pay the 10% that insurance didn't cover at the time of the visit. I wish they had told me that and I would have brought my HSA card. My wife & I both go here. The doctor is a great physician. The receptionists are all very friendly. The place is a little dated, but we don't go there for the amenities. We go there because they're great at their job.

I will find a practice that respects their patient's time. I called ahead of my appointment to ask if they'd like me to reschedule, since I knew I'd be late. They said It would be no problem, come on in. I was about 15 minutes late, yet I had to wait an hour to be taken to the patient rooms. And then the doctor never showed. I walked out after waiting 80 minutes, when they could have just politely rescheduled.

Though the physician and PA I worked with here were pleasant and helpful, I would not recommend this facility. I had a simple follow-up appointment yesterday at 4:30pm and was not seen until 5:10pm. Then, I was charged more than my co-pay when checking out. I asked why this was since I had not been charged more when I had been seen for my first appointment -- I was told that they had a new billing system and that they now had direct access to my plan and that I had co-insurance.
