I’m a current patient (and not for long), and this is an awful dermatologist office. My PA who had the worst bedside manner and the company has been completely non-responsive to my attempts to learn biopsy results. Multiple calls were not returned and they have an embarrassingly bad patient portal. Don’t waste your time with this provider.
Hey !!!! This is in a second story of a BMO bank!!!! Fantastic! Fast and thorough, they're very unintrusive and gentle. I would recommend this to everyone who needs skin help. My insurance covered most of it but honestly the prices were not unfair.
Love my provider but I have to leave a poor review because I can never get through on the phone lines. Beyond frustrated after several VMs left for nursing staff and front desk have gone unreturned for several weeks.
About a month ago I tried to schedule a NPA here where my PCP sent my referral to and had the worst phone scheduler ever. His entire attitude made me stop the process... I decided to hang up and not proceed with scheduling. Today, I decided to try again, but the rep was just as bad if not worse! I couldn't understand her as she mumbled the entire time. Requested an all over body scan for potential skin issues. The provider never had me stand up for the exam, and never looked at anything more than my face, and the front of my arms and legs.. Not a very thorough exam. Curious to see what this visit will cost my insurance.
