Not sure how this place still has 4 stars. Do yourself a favor and read the 1 star reviews. I went in oct of 2024, for routine screening, I felt incredibly rushed and not listened to. Zero bedside manner from my provider. They took 3 moles, and I still have a decent scar from one on my leg. I got a bill for around $2000 days later. Fortunately I called my insurance company and got it straightened out, but they’d missed a number on the policy so it looked like I wasn’t covered. Won’t be going back here ever. I’m a current patient (and not for long), and this is an awful dermatologist office. My PA had the worst bedside manner and the office staff have been completely non-responsive to my attempts to learn biopsy results. Multiple calls were not returned and they have an embarrassingly bad patient portal. Don’t waste your time with this provider.

Hey !!!! This is in a second story of a BMO bank!!!! Fantastic! Fast and thorough, they're very unintrusive and gentle. I would recommend this to everyone who needs skin help. My insurance covered most of it but honestly the prices were not unfair.
Love my provider but I have to leave a poor review because I can never get through on the phone lines. Beyond frustrated after several VMs left for nursing staff and front desk have gone unreturned for several weeks.
