Edit to respond: I went to a real dermatology doctor and she did a lot more test and a treatment plan, so your response only proves that you guys know absolutely nothing about dermatology and I will shout it from the roof tops DO NOT GO TO ADVANCED DERMATOLOGY, WHAT IF YOU HAVE SKIN CANCER THEY WILL NOT FIND IT! Appointment started on time. PA Erin was nice. That’s where the positives stopped. The Walgreens I selected to use had no record of my prescription when I went to pick it up. Tried calling Advanced Dermatology at least 20 times to correct this. Only once out of the 20 someone answered but said that everyone was busy and I would receive a call back. Never received call back. The phone call automated service is horrendous. Still refers to the area as “Stapleton” which hasn’t existed for some time (2020). Extremely frustrating.... read more
So, I had to re write this review at 2 am because of the true anger I have with this clinic and the way I was treated, by the front desk, the MA and the PA Bailey, treated like I was nothing to be concerned about, not worried about the pain I am in and could care less, stupid advice that after 3 months of waiting after the biopsy only to be told sit in a recliner, I DON'T OWN A RECLINER STUPID. In all seriousness this clinic should close its doors and remain closed. Yes the front desk and office people are a nightmare, they do not greet you or say boo when you are standing right in front of them act like YOU are disturbing them while they are reading or on their phone, to the check out won't schedule you for suture removal " do it online" but their patient portal does not work, I took them out myself, not sure if I got them all I guess I will find out with any other Dermatology clinic besides this group ( I had bee... read more
