Went in because I wanted to have a biopsy done on a spot which had changed shape and color. The practitioner noted 2 others she thought should be biopsied as well which I was fine having done. Procedure and initial service were fine, however, upon taking the bandage off I noticed the practitioner managed to completely miss the spot I was originally worried about. I've gotten yearly skin checks for the last 20ish years and this was my least favorite experience. I get now why I got in so quickly vs the 6+ months with other practices. I should've looked at all the 1 star reviews. They don't have gowns so tell you to get naked and hand you a little paper sheet that's too small to cover yourself with. She repeated multiple times - "don't be so shy" I'm sorry - 2 complete strangers are looking at my naked body under florescent lights and I have nothing to meaningfully cover myself with. My family has gone here for years and know how talented and thorough Migs is, but recently also had a wonderful experience with Whitney. My young son had a biopsy that could have been quite scary but she treated him with such kindness he came out feeling just fine. My wife has also seen her and loved her. Great staff all around.
