I had a long discussion with the front desk when booking an appointment for a specific day and time, as I had two other appointments scheduled. When I showed up at that scheduled appointment, they told me I was there on the wrong day at the wrong time and that it was my mistake, not theirs.
Professional, on time, gave me different options for treatment path and now that the garage at PSL is complete....in and out is a breeze!
My prescription and the instructions for use were not written. The pharmacy that the prescription was called into refused to fill the order. It is extremely difficult to communicate with the clerical personnel or dermatologist by email. The phone calls go to voice mail. The online platform is not user friendly/accessible. I liked the doctors. I believe they are competent. However the inability to communicate by email, text or telephone is too frustrating and has left me without the prescribed medication.
Due to very slow traffic ( my usual 45 minute drive took 2 hours due to traffic and work zones!) I was 20 minutes late but they were able to schedule me a little later with another provider.
