I felt like I was being quickly herded in and out of the office after my first time there for an annual exam. The practitioner herself had very poor bedside manner. From the amount of certificates and acknowledgements I saw in the lobby I was expecting excellent care and left feeling like I needed to start the process all over again. She casually dismissed all concerns and did the quickest skin check I’ve ever had and this was my first time having one in close to 15 years.
Nothing really special about this place. The front desk staff could definitely be friendlier, but my biggest complaint is that the dermatologists didn't even really look at my skin. I have been a patient at here for about 4 years now. I have seen all of the providers. Everyone is very thorough and to the point which I really appreciate. Recently they found a melanoma in situ and I was referred to Dr. Sundby's office for a wide excision. Throughout this process everyone has been so great and handled this situation with personalized care and urgency. Dr. Sundby's office was great also! I highly recommend this office for your dermatology needs.
They are charging me $50 to reschedule a 2-min appointment. There are plenty of dermatology centers across Denver that won't pinch you for pennies. Avoid this place.
