Legitimately the single worst medical experience I've ever had. It makes sense why it was so easy and quick to get an appointment here. I came here to work on fixing my acne, which I already arrived feeling self conscious about. The woman at the front desk was extremely curt, rude, and didn't look up once when dealing with me. I waited a good 25-30 minutes after my scheduled appt time to be called to a back room. The manager was extremely confrontational, mean, unprofessional and had an unnecessary rude demeanor with me all over a balance I had that I was unaware of. When I told her I never received a bill she treated me like I was lying. I only received a lab bill that was not facility related whatsoever. I really like the receptionists and medical assistants but I have had to come back time and time again for sub par treatment.
