Owners have to be called repeatedly to get the job done right. Still haven't called back after a week. Floor installers were late, short handed most of the time and did a sloppy install with cracked boards, visible chips and nail heads left above the floor level. Replaced a cracked board and it looked worse than with just the crack! Left an unfinished wood edge on one side. Was gonna leave it like that but I asked him to do it over.
