I am so disappointed with the incompetence and utter contempt with which this office treats the people and homeowners of Denver. They placed a lien on my property but have been sending the notifications to an apartment I haven't lived at in over a decade. They don't send notifications to the property with the lien just to whatever address they have on file at the accessors office. Denver is disappointing!
This office is incredibly helpful when it comes to questions about property or changes. The people that work here are the most friendly I've met in city government.
I am a Realtor with at RE/MAX, 20+ years experience and like to work with the Assessor's Office as they do a great job of providing good information to help my clients. Please call on me for assistance with buying/selling and taxes.
They are broke so they are over taxing us and putting the value of property way too high. No one can afford to live in Denver already and inflation is killing all of us.
