Relaxed environment. Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Samad and Stacey excellent to work with.
They was awesome. They did everything they could possibly do to keep me comfortable because I’m not gonna lie. I was a little nervous. They asked me every few minutes if I was OK if there was pain over all day was fantastic the best dentist I’ve ever went to. I will refer them to everybody, I know.
Well, I guess I should start this horror story from the beginning. My name is Corey. I'm 45 years old and I'm on disability, living in illinios. My girlfriend referred me to this place after a great visit 6-7 years ago, so I called. They had an advertisement for $99 simple tooth extractions, so I was hopeful since Illinois medicare or Medicaid doesn't include dental coverage, I'd be paying out of pocket. Please do your research on the dentist before you make an appointment. Dr. Samad has VERY low ratings and is incredibly rude and unprofessional as well as not very informative. She laughed at my family member when they expressed concerns about there dentures. She gave little to no education on how this process was going to be. I had an appointment coming up with this company but I will be canceling it asap and letting everyone I know NOT TO COME HERE!!!!
This place is a rip off! My husband has been trying to get his dentures for months, they constantly change the prices and then argue that it was just miscommunication. My husband got clip ins for the bottom, they inserted the one stud incorrectly in his mouth and had to move it. Then they wouldn’t even stay clipped in long enough for him to make it thru a meal.
