I took my daughter to Dental Depot in BA for her first dental visit ever and she loved the trains! The staff was nice and the facility very clean. I'm considering using Dental Depo for myself as well!
The whole experience was pleasant. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the assistants to the dentist himself, all friendly, good spirited people. Especially for a Saturday. The root canal and crown went very well. The cost was significantly less than some other dentists I've been to in the past. Finally I have found a dentist I can go back to without feeling robbed.
My front veneer came off while eating at the mall on a Saturday afternoon my husband googled and found Dental Depot I called and they agreed to see me. The staff , dental assistants, and Dentsist were so kind and helpful and he saved my Valentine's Day I was able to go out to eat with my husband that night . So very thankful to all of them and will definitely go back!
Dental Depot employees go out of their way to be friendly and make sure that I'm comfortable. The dentist takes his time and answers any questions I have in ways that I can understand. I love going here.
Staff members are friendly, services are speedy and the environment is unique.
Life had caused me to wait a long time to get my dental work done. I am so glad to experience the excellent service at Dental Depot and I had multiple types of procedures. Wonderful caring and attentive staff with attention to detail down to bringing me a blanket . Dr. Parks and his staff explained all treatment planned, done and needed including printed referrals for additional work. Wonderful and Great Pricing !
I have never been to a dentist with a better atmosphere, perfect for kids and adults. Every person there is so kind. They do root canals in office so no need for being sent to a specialist which saves $$$. The whole staff is just wonderful. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They send email reminders which is awesome with a smart phone that notifies you when you get it. Super flexible, especially for emergencies.
Big thanks to the assistants that made my son's experence at the dentist a good one! For the first time EVER, he let the assistants and Doctor inside his mouth. He was laughing and giggling the whole time, which made me feel better.
All the staff are great. They make sure you are taken care from discussing a plan that can work with your budget and insurance, with no surprises. The facility is calming with their nostalgic train décor and first class care; I always opt for a blanket and neck roll. Dr. Parks knows how to make sure your teeth are adjusted to give you the best bite and listens to your concerns. He often sings along to the music while he works.
