Do NOT RECOMMEND this office or dentist at ALL! Having to continually follow up with our insurance over being over charged "out of net work fees" when they were indeed in net work. After many months of continuous staff changes and them losing our paperwork and no one knowing what is going on but STILL demanding payments, I am turning it over to the insurance company to investigate the fraudulent charges. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
