I am writing a review for my Mom, Pauline who wanted to write a review on her experience. My Mom found Min Kim to be very professional, meticulous, thorough and very patient. She never felt rushed, had all her questions answered and felt she was well informed on what was happening before and during the treatments and procedures. The recent experience has far exceeded what my Mom had anticipated.

I tried to get a general estimate of the cost of a new denture, instead it was just a phone argument of how they won’t give any estimates without paying for a consultation. I called another denturist and was given an exact cost over the phone. Not impressed and they’re not very helpful to existing patients of the dentist.

I have been Chemong Family Dental's patient for 3+ years. So far 3/4 of my mouth has been restored. It's been quite overwhelming after especially having survived Turkish Dictatorship just before I came back to Canada with "mal" health. Each and every member of the Chemong staff had been very understanding, compassionate, forgiving, empathetic, friendly, profeesional - needless to emphasize their technical expertise. As a whole I'd give 2 thumbs up. Hopefully I'll be posting a picture of the work by June 2023.

This is a 5 star operation from Dr Rhee and the team of people I have dealt with thru Chemong Family Dental to Denturist Min Kim in Denture Solutions. I am going thru process of having permant dental implants and from my first visit to Chemong Family Dental I felt like I was finally being taken care of.
