10/10 Dental Hygienist! Naila is fantastic! She’s gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and she explained everything clearly. Super professional and kind—I actually look forward to cleanings now. Highly recommend!
BEWARE!!!!!! First and last visit. Took my grandma in for a small adjustment. She got new dentures from somewhere else but they were made a tiny bit too long causing her to gag. Brought her old pair to show where and how much needed to be trimmed. Maybe 1 millimeter tops. First he acted like we didn't know what we were talking about and that we weren't denturists so what do we know. Then he takes them and trims way more than what we asked. Went here for the 1st time in life, as I actually found them on marketplace Went there for my appointment on time and was greeted by Naila and filled out all normal forms. She then explained everything first clearly and so I knew exactly what will be done for my cleaning and what to expect. Was a bit painful but that's part of the process unfortunately. I took my kids for dental cleaning, hygienist was very friendly, she did great job
First and last visit. I had an appontment for my special needs son for a dental cleaning. Was met by an unfriendly receptionist but thought perhaps the dentist Nila would be nice so it would be worth it. Then we were told by the receptionist that the dentist was stuck in traffic and asked us to wait 20 minutes. 40 minutes pass and the dentist shows up as we were about to leave.
