Mina Hakim amazing cerac trainer.very patient knowledgeable and passionate about teaching digital dentistry we learnt a lot and enjoyed the session . Highly recommend to anyone wanting to master cerec
The support staff here genuinely try to pull out all the stops to help you. I had the pleasure of being tended to by Mina Hakim who made it his personal mission to help me in a time of crisis. When our cerec machine was acting up. I cannot thank him enough!
The support is zero, they do not ring back for days , I have a patient in the charir , wan t to take an Xray, the softwarew does not work, I have left them emails and mesages for one week, no response yet > how long do you want to wait for the support team to get back to you ? hours , days or years? veru very exepensive they do not answer the phone, they say they will call back, it may take weeks , do not recommend them at all No sercvice but very, very expensive !!!
