Dr. Thein is truly a doctor that cares about improving the quality of her patients lives. She is best you could ever ask for!
Office staff has been difficult to deal with in the past. They don't seem to listen or have trouble understanding. I've experienced difficulty getting a referral and having information sent to doctors. Dr Thein has been very helpful diagnosing me and getting me on the right medications.

Very straightforward and conservative when prescribing medications. Not the most warm and fuzzy person but she's good at what she does and will not over medicate you.
Dr. Thein has seen my doctor for many years. She listens carefully and pays close attention. She was able to put me on the correct meds to get me out of a severe depression when other doctors could not. She does not just give you meds as some do. She works with you.
I've seeing her for years, and I fully trust her advice and judgement. She can be brusque, but effective and efficient.
Some people say that she sounds like she doesn't care, but she is just really blunt. I however find this refreshing because she does not sugar coat things. Her appointments are quick and concise which can be a little frustrating at times but she answers all of my questions promptly and accurately.
I've found Dr. Thein to be nothing but helpful in all aspects.
