Waited a week for an appointment only to be pushed back another week on the day of my appointment. I was told someone didn't show up for work. Sounds fishy to me, but whatever. This isn't the only sprinkler company in town.

My husband & I decided to have new sod installed in our front yard at the end of May. We contacted Denton Lawn & Sprinkler because they had done the sod on our neighbors yard the previous year & we & our neighbor had shopped around & it was a very fair bid. I left a message & received a call back within an hour by Josh. I spoke to Josh & he came out the same day & gave us an estimate. After I had been with this company for over 10 years, I was told by the office employee to take my business elsewhere, due to misunderstanding in the billing. Had made many attempts to contact owner and no luck, office employee was very rude and continued to hang up on me, am do shocked.

Scheduled service for 5/3 for 3-5 p.m. At 3:15 p.m. I call and am told that my appointment has been rescheduled. No one called to inform me of this and I have now lost a 1/2 day of work due to incompetence of the scheduler. They even had my address incorrect even though I confirmed address twice. The gentlemen on the phone didn't even apologize even though he could tell I was fuming mad. Unacceptable customer service. 1 star is too much.

Since my injury a year ago, I have had a service mow my yard. Their staff did an excellent job, but the management was horrible I complained that they were mowing when there was no growth. Once they came and raked when I had so little to rake and was not under contract for raking. They always answered, "You signed the contract....". When I said I wanted to cancel the contract they told me I have only a 30-day window to cancel after 12 months. If I miss that window it renews for another year. Just had our flower beds done. What a beautiful job. We are so happy with the results. The crew worked for two days and we could not be happier. Thank you Denton Sprinkler for a job well done.

First time using Denton Lawn Sprinkler, Inc. after finding them in the Christian Business Phone book for Denton County. I had them to come out and make several repairs, replace some sprinkler parts, and move some heads. Service Techs ******* and ****** came out the same day and make all the repairs I needed plus testing all zones. They were very professional in all they work they did.
