Extraordinarily rude service to disabled veterans. No compassion from Donna Wilkerson at all. How do they run a business in such a way? To be rude, dismissive & lacking any empathy with people’s situations? She must hate veterans.

Been trying to get a hold of Arcadia to get water turned on, but no one answers the calls, and they don't call even though they say to leave a VM. How do you do business this way??

We moved into Artesia as a “Renter” about two weeks ago and were required to have the “owner” of the property sign the responsibility form for this “supposed” water supply company on paper applications. We completed the requirements and submitted a $95.00 check to transfer our service in a “Drop Box”. Without notice or any “disconnect” notice, our water service was turned off on a Monday morning. We have called this Independant company (which is not apart of Prosper water district ) and have been left all day without service... read more
