ZERO stars. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I brought my vehicle in for recalls and warranty repair and the experience was unacceptable. The dealership held my vehicle for five days with almost no communication. On day four there was still no update so we called and said we would be picking it up the next day. On day five AFTER I arrived at the dealership, they attempted to charge us diagnostic fee even though the vehicle is still under warranty. Experiences do not get more frustrating and disappointing. My ordeal has dragged on for multiple years at this point, and many of the details have been lost to the passing of time. I’ve had great experiences in the past with this dealership, but since they’ve had some people leave. I can promise I will not bring my vehicles back here. They are not replacing a part under warranty and claim I did not do a service that was required claiming it caused a part that’s been replaced twice already to fail. When they had the truck in December they made no note of this part needing to replaced. They had the truck for 2 months the last time it was dropped off.
