Perfect. Work completed in an expeditious manner. Kept well informed. Tracey was superior of which goes without saying, then the assigned mechanic and their work product quality should be beyond reproach and exceeding my expectations. Thank you as always for looking after our Jeep and out family.
When I made appointment online there was no notice service dept changed locations. Very disturbing. After discovering new location, they summoned an Uber driver to drives me home. who also could not find new location. Big hassle. Also dealer had truck for 1 week and when I returned call it still wasn’t ready. Plus they may have lost my lug lock. But denied it.
Denton CDJR has always done me right. Great staff that always takes care of my needs.
Oil change in the spring took 3.5 hours. I was comped a free oil change for waiting that long and given assurance is that I would be taking care of my next one as well. Came again last week for that second oil change and it took two hours. Came back again today for my other vehicle and this oil change also took two hours. The service tech went to lunch And when I peaked out the window, I saw my truck was done. There was nobody to tell me that it was done. I had to chase down the manager to pay so I can leave.
