Ordered a part online. When I called to confirm the order, I was told the price was now 50% more & Denton Dodge would not honor the online price. Do not waste your time.
Long before warranty expired 😕 we questioned a sound our hybrid van made and were told it was a oil pumping mechanism nothing to worry about. After a recall ( not the dealers fault) Our recharge capability vanished. Took it in for a month and extended Battery warranty Gov. Ordered to 100,000 saved us But the oil noise thing diagnosed now Cost $ 440🤔

I would give 0 stars if possible. This dealership is the definition of overpromise and underdeliver. I have reached out countless times for a diagnostic and ETA on when my vehicle will be ready for pickup. I asked them politely about transportation services and how to go about solving the issues at hand.
