UPDATE *** Emailed the Service Manager now twice and called and left a voicemail. No response. 8.4.25 Purchased tires, and they did not upload them into Mopar for a warranty. Got the runaround from the service advisor. He said he would research this after trying to pawn me off to another dealership. After speaking with 2 dealerships and finding out that my tires weren't warrantied, I was told that Denton did not upload the information into Mopar, which would have been visible to any dealership in the metroplex. Great experience and the new facility is very nice! I was greeted quickly and processed in by Jim and he was great. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I appreciate the nice lounge, coffee, snacks, TV while waiting. The text updates are great!
Heidi was great. Service work done right but this post Covid “we can’t even look at it for three days” sucks. Bring back auto dealerships please!
