zero communication. almost impossible to reach anyone in Service by phone. they had it for 5 full days to replace a seatbelt, a side mirror and all four brake pads. they messed something up because now my truck won’t start without a jump, even though the battery is fairly new and has plenty of juice. i’m taking it somewhere else to get fixed and won’t be going back to this dealership
I thought this was a good place when I bought my jeep. But after being in the shop for a 2nd time for a shorted fuse box, it has become an engineering project for A MONTH!!! No one answers the damn phone, no one knows what's going on. They don't give you a loaner car. So for a while month I've had to find a way to work and they simply DO NOT CARE!!! My case manager never calls me back. I'm literally having to talk to an attorney and possibly the police bc they basically stole my car! NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS UNL... read more

My appointment was at 7 AM. They were happy and had the doors open when I arrived by the time I finished a cup of coffee my truck was ready to go.
