I went to this dealership an hour drive right after finishing my work, and after messaging a salesman for couple of hours, I went hoping to find a car that can upgrade the one that I drive. I did not like the car because it was not spacious enough and here comes Mr. Mark Engman who calmly helps me through finding a car that is with my preference. He made sure I went home with a car, and not driving back empty handed. Great salesman Mr. Mark Engman!

I found the truck that I really liked online and was referred to Jeff. Jeff was immediately honest with me and told me that the truck I was looking at was no longer available, but instead of giving me a no, he had a recommendation. It was a beautiful 2026 BigHorn Ram. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My husband and I both traded in our vehicles and got new ones and now my Jeep has been in 2 times for repair in the roof panels and they have not repaired it. We had to pay for a rental for a week and they didnt even work on the problem that week. We were told they would see about reimbursement and never did so we missed the 30 day window from Stellantis on partial reimbursement because the dealership is incompetent. Called the dealership the day before to see if they had any add ons; the manager assured me they did not, and gave me an accurate out the door price including taxes and fees. We were directed to work with Paul, who was fantastic and a breeze to work through this process with. Easily the best car buying experience!! Paul didn’t add any pressure, was very transparent through the exchange, and again: NO manager add-ons!! Highly recommend this place!

We’ve used the service department at Group 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Denton multiple times over the last few years, and overall we’ve had good experiences with most of the staff. However, our last couple of visits have been extremely frustrating. A couple of months ago, we brought our Jeep in for maintenance and asked about the cost to replace the headlights.
