I would NEVER recommend servicing your vehicle here. From the lack of urgency, to technicians joyriding in vehicles to obvious fraud. The “Service Manager,” Waco, has obviously never been in a customer service role. When I attempted to speak to the GM Tyler, I was told I would get a call back and never did. Save yourself the time (and a lot of it) energy and effort and service your vehicle a couple of miles down the road at Huffines! Let “Group 1” become Group 0 and close down. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience.
Can't begin to tell you how well we were taken care of by Josh Grady at the Group 1 used car area. He is a very honest and knowledgeable representative. He had many details and options to discuss with us and was more than willing to help us get a right price from management. Go see Josh for your vehicle of choice.
Buyer beware! Sold me a lemon. Bought a pre-owned car from here and it needed major repairs a month later. No wonder they were so pushy about selling us all the extra coverage on it. What a scam.
