The staff is absolutely amazing! They truly care about their patients and well being! I had mentioned my daughter was having surgery and they called a few days after to check on her! I would HIGHLY recommend Denton Chiropractic Center!

We love Dr. Melissa Noell. She is thorough, effective and takes the time to answer all our questions. The entire clinic runs like a well oiled machine. They have everything from making appointments, sending reminders, getting you in and out, insurance and therapy sessions down to a science. On top of all that they are so friendly and personable. After just a few visits they feel like family. I have been looking for a clinic like this for years. They are exceptional!

I've been to more than several chiropractic offices over the past 25 years. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Melissa is typicallyy my practitioner and she's always through and gentle. They also encompass both ultrasound and tens simulators which I think are also very helpful. Finally I cannot say enough about their massage therapist - Diana. I've been seeing her once a month for years. Her technique is hands down- above all the rest. She does so much for me. And her rates are very competitive.
