We are currently renting and from the very FIRST DAY we moved in we have had ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER!! They say they will come out and fix it but it takes them a MONTH to even come out and LOOK at your problem then some IDIOT who doesn't know what in the hell he is doing "fixes" it which only messes it up MORE!! COSTING US EVEN MORE MONEY ON OUR UTILITIES BILL!!! AND WE JUST HAD YET ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE "NEW" GUY WHO SAID HE WAS AN "EXPERIENCED" PLUMBER MESS UP AND NOT DRAIN OUR HOT WATER HEATER BECAUSE OUR BOTTOM ELEM... read more
The apartment units are old and need updated and some of the kids that live out there like to take things that don't belong to them like other kids toys and kittens and etc....
Worst place ever to live. Can't believe lived here over 10 years ago and still the worst place. My ceiling fell in and stayed that way for over a year. Toilets leaked. And when I moved, Mr. Copeland had the nerve to put all the trash back in the apartment as I was moving. Please anyone with great management experience need to take over these apartments because the owner currently is not capable of doing so.
They R nasty Nd wack! Con artist...with a zillion Mexicans who aren't suppose to B here....shut this place down because it's not really worth staying here
