Great customer service
I had the very best experience at Dentmasters. I went in to get an estimate based on the very high recommendation of a friend. I just bought a new Kia Sportage. It only has 500 miles on it. But in the DC parking garage in the building where I work and park, it managed to get a fairly sizable door ding within the first two weeks of owning the car. I went in to get an estimate on 2 dents on my SUV. They explained the process of repairing the dents and how they priced the job. They assured me it would only take a few hours so there wasn’t a need to schedule the repair at a later date. They offered me a loaner car to get any errands done while they repaired. I couldn’t be any happier with the repairs. The service was top notch and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars, definitely would recommend.
Friendly staff members and technicians. Owner was very approacheable and helpful. He make sure you got everything you need and offers you any support he can to make sure you're all set.
Amazing! Picked up two tiny hood dings on a brand new car. In and out in 30 minutes or so with no evidence whatsoever that they were ever there.
