This is my dentist. I claim him because he and his staff have taken excellent care of my and husband’s dental needs since they opened up the practice on Fair Oaks in South Pasadena. My incredible experience began with my initial phone call when I had the supreme pleasure of speaking with April! I have had some rather traumatizing dental experiences in the past and was put immediately at ease. Pleasant staff. Highly experienced Doctors. Always happy to accommodate you to your needs. Had two occasions where I had to be treated in emergency 🚨 and staff pulled a miracle to get me in and out ASAP even on a very busy schedule. They do care for their patients here. They go above and beyond their job to keep a good looking smile on your face.
This place is awesome! Dr. Galstyan and the hygienist Donna Ngo were super knowledgeable. Best cleaning I’ve ever had AND they accept HMO dental insurance! $59 for new patients cash if you don’t want to use insurance. They offer boost whitening and have in house a whole host of specialists for more extensive procedures. I highly recommend checking this place out! No more outdated old school dentists for me!
Emailed several times after emergency treatment for one brief report for my travel insurance company (was staying in the area whilst on vacation from Australia). They never replied. Got notified automatically to say they received my message so they obviously just ignored it. Very disappointing as I wasn’t able to complete a $1500 claim on my insurance. Shame, as it was a good experience until then.
Fantastic, friendly, helpful, accommodating, hi-tech, best service! They gave me back my smile!
