Dentists are top notch.
I had a great service at Dentists of Silver Spring. Dr Gillin was amazing from beginning to end. Made me welcome and safe. Did exceptional job on my crown that was messed up from my Turkey visit. I recommend him very much.
Dentists are top notch. Front staff, except for a couple, consistently make me feel unwelcome and as if I'm intruding upon their day. I'm pretty sure I can find top notch dentists and competent front office personnel somewhere else. At some point, it's not worth it.
Run for your life!!!!! Had a first appointment with this office last Saturday on 7/19 and the office manager asked me to sign a $0 copay doc. She sits at the front desk with a smile so you think she is ethical when in reality she has no scruples. The fake contract is then added on a separate electronic page (detached from your electronic signature) i told the manager that I could not go forward with the dental plan they claim I needed because I did not have the financial means for it. A bit surprised to read the Yelp reviews as they are very negative, but the google reviews along more with the experience I had - which was generally positive. Overall good service and I will probably come back. A couple of critiques though: when I arrived there was no one at the front desk for about ten minutes, apparently they were in a meeting, but there was no sign on the desk explaining this. If it weren't for another patient in the office who explained that they had all gone to a meeting I would not have understood why... read more
