This is concerning the staff a few years ago. The dentist was very kind and nice. I had x-rays she did them free. I was going to come back. I had major work. They must’ve changed their staff. I called about two years ago and the girl didn’t know what was she saying and what she was doing You will lose a lot of business. I have still been waiting to hear from you. Dental Services are fine, billing is not so great. Have to put alot of effort into keeping track of cost of service. Alot of refunds come back for overcharging and they only give receipts for payments, not the credits back to you, what they were for, or even have a place you can check the balance of your credits. conveniently located within a short walk of the red line's silver spring metro station. awesome staff here starting with Destinee and Misty up front who graciously booked a last minute appointment for me. check in was easy and i was seen on time-no wait. dental assistant Jordan greeted me warmly and administered the x rays before the exam. i had read very positive online reviews of dentist Dr. Shaina Wasser and she did not disappoint. she is thorough and educates her patients on maintaining good oral health. its easy to see ... read more
I could tell from my first interaction that this office was not to be trusted. They misquoted the cost of my surgery, given my insurance. I got a pre-authorization from the insurance company, but I was warned that I may have to pay the full cost. Why would that be, unless the dentist planned to do something unauthorized? I cancelled my appointment and kept it moving.
