The hygienist and doctor I see here are great. The front desk personnel are incredibly rude and do not have any patient care skills. Josephine in particular is the most disrespectful receptionist I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. I’ve ignored her behavior up until now but with my last interaction with her, I had to say something. This place is trash, and try to grab money. I made an appointment for a cleaning and I was sold a deep cleaning, which would have been an additional $900 beyond my insurance. I was not even offered the option which was fully covered by my insurance, when I said no to the deep cleaning, I was told I could leave and speak to the receptionist. I know there were other options that I was not offered. This was the weirdest visit to a dentist I ever had in my 40+ yrs of life. Do not come here. Always a waste of my time here. They have poor time management and I’m always sitting for an hour or more before getting started even though they have previous records on file to work from. I’ve continuously tried to give them chances to be efficient and cognizant of my time but they continue to move in incompetence and at a snails pace to get things such as cleanings, etc done in one appointment.
