From the moment I walked in, the Front office staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Reena was patient, understanding the entire time, despite my frustration of how my morning started and made sure that my experience was nothing short of amazing. 2 1/2 hours for an exam and cleaning! Staff was apologetic- but still!!!! Not how I wanted to spend my Saturday.
I’ve been coming to this dental office for over a year now and have been treated well by both the Dentist and staff. The ladies at the front desk are friendly. I can’t express how important this is for a business. The front desk is who the patient interacts first and sets the overall impression of the office. Good job ladies! Sandra the manager is the best she worked with me and offered payment plans and we figured out what my best option was for treatment the dentist was also so efficient and worked to make sure I wasn’t in pain anymore ! Thank you guys
