As a first time visitor to the office I was pleasantly surprised. I had two visits to the office this week because I had an emergency and lost a crown and ended up wanting to do more work with them. For both visits, I saw the new doctor, Dr. Carlos. He was great! The first crown I had (the one that fell off) was bulky and I just didn’t really like it. The staff was so friendly and professional. I especially enjoyed a young lady named KK that took my xrays and polished. She made me feel very special. All of them did
So I’ve been going to this Dentist office for about 2 years. Every appointment I have had has been a great experience. I’ve been given such thorough detail information that it took the fear away and made it easier to make an informed decision that I was comfortable with. Very calm atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming. Megan was great taking my x-rays and I appreciated Shelby taking the time to go over what I needed for my cleaning. Dr. Makadia is amazing . Highly recommended
