Worst dentist Place I’ve been to. Bunch of crooked.
I had an appointment at 12 pm this afternoon(it was originally scheduled for 12:30pm) I came in early. As soon as I walked up to the front desk the receptionist did not greet me. I stood there for at least 4 minutes to see if the receptionist would acknowledge me, she didn’t. I decided to sit down. I was there for maybe 20 mins total and was never acknowledged. My first visit was a couple of weeks ago and everything ran smoothly. We discussed the work that needed to be done and formulated a treatment plan. I began my work this past Saturday (Saturday hours!!!! Right!!!!). Everything went smoothly and everyone made sure I was completely comfortable during both portions of the procedure - even going as far as to provide a fuzzy blanket when I was chilly! Had a filling emergency and they saw me right away! The staff was amazing and very friendly and it looks great! I hate getting shots and Dr Gebhart did such a great job I didn’t even feel it!
I'm the type who hates going to the dentist, I originally went there to get a painful tooth removed I was having major pain from they got me in to look at my tooth immediately where as everyone else was a week out or better. They told me I could save my tooth with a root canal, I was assured it was nowhere near as bad as most people make them out to be, I was very happy with the service, and the process was almost completely painless, quick, and they constantly checked to be sure I wasn't feeling any pain. The staff was very helpful when making my appointment. I was able to fill out my paperwork at their website. Patrick made my appointment and was just as helpful in person as he had been on the phone. Once I had arrived, Dr Gebhart came out to the lobby and met me to personally escort me back to the exam room. He explained everything very clearly and was able to help out with procurring new dentures. I was reassured that it could all be fixed and I would be in my new dentures in a very short time.
