Treatment was fine, but Dentists of EP has not done a satisfactory job on the office side of things. Multiple times I have had incorrect balances show on my account, even resulting in a letter from a 3rd party debt-collector.. when I did not actually owe anything! Billing statements and visit summaries do not match up to what I had done and what my insurance covered. 8 months later, I am still waiting on them to submit the claims to my dental insurance. I had to get my hips replaced but had so much decay in my teeth it would have stopped my surgeries. Long story short, they saved me. Several caps later with a small time frame ( to not loose my job)... things were intense and they were my angles!
