Ashley was kind enough to get my appliance out of the car, given I'd left it there and needed it for the appointment. I was already in the chair, but would have gotten up. She graciously offered to get it for me, saving me the trip. I continue to be very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone in the office! Thank you!

My hygienist was very good in explaining my flossing options. She gave wonderful suggestions and even got a braces model for a demonstration.

I had a lower partial made that never fit correctly, even after 2 adjustments. I am having another partial made there now, again at full price. Except for this, I have no problems or have ever had any problems with TLC.

Got there early and was taken in shortly. I was finished almost before my scheduled appointment time.
