Dr. Armstrong was great, as usual! I didn't understand why I had to completely refill out my paperwork since very little had changed. I went to a DPM and found out I have arthritis in my foot. That's all that has changed. I work for the same place, live in the same place, have the same insurance, etc. I go to the dentist every 6 months or more. The lady on the phone said it was because I hadn't been there in awhile. What? I was just there 6 months ago.
Your whole team at TLC is top rate. I recommend you often to friends and family. Thank you

Dr Armstrong is fantastic. I had two root canals, an extraction, and a temporary bridge AND was back to work the following day! The dental assistants and hygienist were fantastic as well.
After receiving the excellent quality of care Dr. Anna Smith and her team provide, why would you go anywhere else? She offers top-notch care at an affordable price. We are so very blessed to have her in the Riverbend! You haven't really experienced going to the dentist until you have been to Dr. Anna Smith. :) Also, Brittany is an excellent hygienist. She put me at ease, and provided the level of care and attention to detail that I truly appreciate as a patient.
Tiffany did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was attentive and when I was uncomfortable with a tool she was using, she quickly switched. I appreciate her compassion.
Everything concerning me was okay however when I brought up a SNAP sleep study your team ordered for my fiance John Millar, that SNAP has refused to process because no one told us he needed his physician signature on a form. The Dr. seemed surprised and said she'd have someone call and clarify. The girl who called said because John has Medicare, they require a physician NOT a dentist to sign and it had already been cleared for OTHER insurances. Not that we would, but she said we should have been given the option to pay $300+... read more
