My wife and I have been going to Dr Byrum for many years, he and his staff were always excellent, now that he is gone is a little sad, and Leary of the new Dr. And staff, but all is well I saw familiar faces, and the same warm service as before, Really like Dr Pogue..
Staff is very friendly. Environment is clean and organized. Dr. Pogue and dental hygienist are very knowledgeable, thorough, and dedicated. Always a great experience!
Not sure I'm going to remain a patient. Dentist did not seem to explain things well. Said he was going to request work from insurance but didn't tell me what they would do with crack if denied. Just said I would lose tooth if something not done. Also not a fan of all the emails and text now getting for services. Use to just be appt reminders. Opting out of those as I don't need sales pitches from the dentist

This was my first time seeing Dr. Pogue. I was very impressed. He took the time to answer my questions and he explained everything thoroughly. Jenny is a great hygienist. She lets you know what she is seeing as she is working on your teeth. She does what she needs to do, but as gentle as possible. The receptionist, Julie, greets you by name when you arrive. She remembered that I like camping, so she asked if I was ready for the camping season to begin. The employees make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
I have never enjoyed going to a dentist but they have put that in the past. Extremely friendly and my teeth have never been healthier!!!
This is one place you receive the best of care! Everyone is very pleasant, professional, smiling and qualified. I will recommend Pleasant Valley Dentistry whenever a " tooth " problem is being discussed.
Very impressed by Dr and his hygienist. Very thorough in their explanation of what they were going to do and how it was to be done. Had heard very positive things about them and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who values an honest straightforward approach along with a we can do it attitude.
I've been a patient at Pleasant Valley Dentistry for many years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Cutting edge technology combined with a staff that treats you like family makes going to the dentist a non-stressful, ALMOST enjoyable experience ;-)
